Returns

Due to the nature of our business and international logistics, we do not accept returns.

Please ensure you have selected the correct product before placing your order.


Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The incorrect item is received

  • The item is lost in transit

In these cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence where applicable.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or incompatibility

  • Delays caused by customs or courier processing

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch


Resolution

If your order qualifies for a refund, we may issue:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Return of the item is required.
